Content:

Week 1 – Clarity

  Meditate to gain clarity – what is in the highest good for all.

Clear focus – what area of your life do you want to improve? Health, work, family, relationships, finances, spirituality, etc.

Our first week will help you connect to your true self and identify your next, best step forward.

Week 2 – Knowledge

Self education – collecting new information – research phase.

You have one week to gather new information. Many of us stay stuck here indefinitely – always researching and educating ourselves. Although it’s wise to constantly learn, eventually we need to integrate the new information we learned. Our program implements a timeframe that allows you to adopt a new way of thinking, without getting stuck in endless hours, days, years of gathering new information, without applying it.

Week 3 – Wisdom

Share this new information with as many people as possible. Through sharing the new information you gathered, you begin to integrate these concepts and actually learn this new information so it’s not just something you read/watched/heard, but it’s something you’re beginning to understand.

You will receive tools & strategies to help you share this new information in a manner that feels right for you.

Week 4 – Awareness

Observe your habits and thoughts, teach yourself how to become mindful of ways in which you self-sabotage – it is subtle and can be hard to notice because this has always been your way of being. With practice you will identify beliefs that no longer serve you and once you know what you are looking for, the pattern becomes plain as day.

Week 5 – Change

Integrate change – using the clarity you gained from week 1, the new information you gathered from week 2, your deeper understanding of this information from week 3, along with the awareness you’ve cultivated from week 4– you are ready to integrate change at a deep, fundamental level.

Together we will apply new techniques to help you move forward, from a place of personal power, confidence and strength, while maintaining a sense of compassion towards yourself and others.

Week 6 – Alignment

Focus your intent – use your life as a meditation – a spiritual practice.

Celebrate – practice feeling good – our lives teach us a lot about adversity and how to deal with it but very little about how to feel good and maintain that feeling. In our final week together we will strengthen our appreciation, joy and happiness muscles. Making this new state of being, our new default state as the way in which we show up in the world. We will recognize that this is in fact, our true nature, thus our time together was simply your journey home to yourself.

One weekly, ninety minute video conference call and one weekly sixty minute practical application assignment.
